Bro, throw HTML out of the game, what do you want with that haha.
Im would go with java, but I started with java and I'm using it atm so thats my opinion, I just don't like python.
Just check out the features of both languages.

It depends on what you want to do, if you want to create websites then HTML and Python will help you make the front-end and the back-end of the website while Java can be used to make various things across many platforms but it will be mostly device based not web based.
Another good language is C# and C++, they are really great languages if you want to create hacks.
Those are my 2 cent.
