A while back my brother got his hands on a cracked amazon fire tv stick, was wondering if anyone knew how you'd actually go about getting these? Interested to learn and couldn't find much asking elsewhere.

Do you mean jail breaking them?

Google  "How to jailbreak amazon firestick" you will get a ton of results I have never had a firestick so I don't know if it works well or not.

You can apply a program to it via pc that is pretty easy to find.
