Update: Got 25 - 60 CPM with Free Proxies SOCKS4 from ProxyScrape. So this time it works fine with Public Proxies as this config was just done by me and there are little on market and most of them are paid.

Now added some capture to fix it, deleted useless headers. Much faster  170 CPM public proxies.
