This wouldn't be possible with just an image, try sending the entire source code. However, I don't think anyone could deobfuscate this.

you should try de4dot, https://github.com/0xd4d/de4dot
if it doesn't recognize the obfuscator or can't decrypt the strings you gotta find the string decryption method and follow this method: https://github.com/0...rypting-strings
