Alright, So here is my run in with this seller:
He was very quick at responding which was A++
Some issues down below but I got a refund.
Downfalls; I bought the codes, they seem to have worked but did not work, if your in USA, try it go ahead, I am in CA and didn't seem to work, Ill be stalking this thread for updates with working ways to apply codes.
Overall he is pretty good at what he does, he prioritises customers over school

Awesome, added you on Discord and interested in buying some in the next day or two.
Edit - I'm unable to use the codes because it is saying i need a GAP credit card to use them. They do apply successfully, but I cannot check out with the code because the website requires a GAP family credit card to apply the code. He is trying to find a fix for me so we will see. he is friendly online. i will update this once I have an answer.
Edit 2 - After trying various solutions, we were unable to make it work (still asked for GAP credit card to check out). He refunded me the money so we are good. Thanks and +vouch.
