VPN's that allow Port Forwarding

These are the VPN's that i already know support Port Forwarding

• AirVPN
• TorGuard

 

Any other VPN that supports port forwarding? It would have been really great if i could find some cracked accounts of those vpn's here  but maybe i won't so i'm currently considering purchasing TorGuard's 2 years subscription. My home IP is is under NAT so port forwarding is not possible and now I wanna run some rats so thought VPN would be the best solution.
