The only way to get real HQ is to start your own. You can do it with Azure or Google Cloud trial accounts. The idea is to create multiply instances and run them only when you work. In Azure they can be with dynamic IPs (dunno what with GC) so every start you will get new. So you need account(s) and system administrator to set them all up. OR you can make installations of own socksbot, in this case IPs would be residential mostly.

 

All the proxies you see in public (or semi-public) are not good for many demanding services.
