Guys I'm baffled because this literally shouldn't happen, or at lease to my knowledge. So I am trying to edit the boostrap.css file. I was changing code and colors to redefine the look, but instead I was seeing no changes. So i thought i was coding it wrong at first but come to find out my website isn't even loading off these css files anymore (Yesterdat I was editing BG colors perfectly fine. Just to test the website I deleted all .css & .js files to see if it would still have bootstrap and sure enough it does
(Look: www.crimin4l.cc) The site is running off of bootstrap and there are no bs files.. Look at imports and directories.

EDIT: WOW, As soon as i post this the website updates and doesn't have it anymore. So I guess I solved my own problem, the hosting is slow lol. I'm sorry for this post. Closing it now
