So, I work as an accountant. You may know or you may not but it is a stressful job. The boss and the clients put constant pressure on you. In the beginning, I was full of energy and a good mood so I was able to handle them all. Now, after 2 years of working in that field, I feel like going down. I feel the stress getting control over my brain, I'm getting nervous quickly, even home, with the family. It's a well-paid job but now I wonder, is it worth it? With time passing it will get worse if I don't do something about it. I might even get fired because of that, as my productivity is going down also. You give them your health and when you don't have it anymore, they quit on you. So, how to manage it?

If stress and anxiety begin interfering with your daily life, it may indicate a more serious issue. If you are avoiding situations due to irrational fears, you'll have a lot to lose in life. People who have stress and anxiety over long periods of time may experience negative related health outcomes. My father had a very demanding job, he was influenced by many factors. He starts to complain about heartache. To help his I gave the med Etizolam
. It is an excellent cure for any mental and nervous disease. He is feeling much better, being more energic with a good mood.Edited by Bessmisla, 13 September 2019 - 12:58 PM.
