You need to center few things, as this is switching my ocd into a rage mode.
Also use different font, this isn't ugly but isn't good looking either.

Let's say its a little... big, Try to get more information on one screen(I need to scroll right now to really read your design)
Maybe try to make a nice fade of the buttons to the background, right now there is an EDGE going on.
You can ask me more about designing on disc if you want to, I have several years experience of using photoshop.

Very very basic. Background is blurry, The text doesn't fit at all and just looks like it was laid on top with no blending at all. Maybe add some shadows to the text, maybe a gradient if you'd like. The pink boxes around the words gots to go, doesn't look good at all.
Honestly you have a lot more work to be done, but don't let it deter you, As we all have to start somewhere!
