I talk to the seller and i ve contacted the support twice and they didnt reply to any of the emails Shoppy support: support@Shoppy.gg and already passed more than 1 week and i ve dm @finndev too on nulled but didnt get a reply too.

Have you guys a solution for me?

Im losing the hope day after day.

Btw the seller ( @LegendarySyphon ) tried to help me and told me to do all this and he cant find a solution too after all of this

@kai I think you miss understood, he sent the money straight to Shoppy's address, and it never reached me.

 

I've offered him it for 10$

Were trying to come to an agreement. which doesn't leave both parties out of pocket.

 

 

This is something Shoppy fixes as I have made this mistake before and a agent from Shoppy named "George" pushed the transaction through for me, so I don't see why it would be different this time.

sorry to break it to you, but if you message finndev on nulled, dont be expecting a reply. if you want him to respond, message him on discord, and if you havent got a support email yet, just wait.

Yeah bro, I pretty much lost $30 through shoppy by trying to donate to this forum for Aqua upgrade. You may be out of luck on this. But just wait out a response from the shoppy support team. Maybe next time if you're actually talking to the shoppy store owner, you should try and just do a direct payment method.
