I helped my friend upgrade her profile and for a week I didn't receive helping and award and she also didn't get Aqua award. I tried to DM Bleach and he told me just dm finndev but finndev didn't reply me for few days. what should i do now

Helping hand award has to be manually added my finn. Many people are still waiting, including me, so don't expect this award ever.
Regarding ur refund, he will automaticly receive his awards once he reaches 100 posts.
