I tried to help my friend upgrade her account on forum but I got a problem is my own account has reduced from nova to aqua and her profile still menber. how can i do in this situation

Yes gift system doesn’t work, u will have to contact Finn personally with transaction id and explain situation it will get back to u in 2-3 days, did for me

same happend to me last week with @Solidify you will need to message @
finndevmaybe on discord and send him the user who needs upgrading + the transaction ID
when this happened to me the mods just said I need to message finn as the gift link is down
