BAD SERVICE! I don't know how he's been making refunds for 3 years, he doesn't know how to do his job at all! He wasted my time because he doesn't know how to make an amazon refund, he only knows how to say "wait wait" but he can't give you news about the status and he doesn't know what he's doing.. Stay away from him, I can provide evidence to the admins if interested since I have screenshots etc.
