Paypal or CC?
CC, Chargebacks never work for me anyway

Couple of my friends bought Alienware(4k) from Bestbuy with CC.
Photo shopped basically of someone "taking" the package from their lawns.
And got their money back. *Probably not most legal thing *cough getting stuff for free* 
They ended up reselling 5 Alienware for 20k USD.
How much is your item valued? or which item to be exact

And yes I am in the US, do you think DNA would work?

Yeah it's only 240$
Considering if you haven't done it a few time already.
You could always try DNA
Or alternatively you could say you contacted the courier and they told you they couldn't do anything about *Lost package* which Bestbuy in most cases should refund or sent you replacement (Method I've seen from other sites*)
Overall be creative.
