Hello all, I just wanted to make this post to get some justification on this case from the community and the mods:

 

So a little background information to this is that I contacted the user cause they had Saks GC on preorder. I placed a preorder because the user advertised delivery of product within the day of purchase, if not in a few hours. So, I paid the amount in BTC, 0.02186268, and waited for delivery of the item.

 

After a couple of hours, I messaged the user again for an update and I was told it will be delivered that day. A day passed by and it still haven't come and I asked again. Basically this was stalled for 3 days and I got nothing out of it. So, the user refunded be back my BTC but only, 0.2004959. So he basically took my BTC and held it for 3 days and I never gotten my product.

 

Can anyone please tell me is this justified or is it wrong for me to request for my original BTC back?

@AstraeaTyche it's common sense, if you get a payment of 0,1 when bitcoin is 5,000$ you have to return 0,1 even if bitcoin goes up to 50,000$, it doesnt matter how much it was in USD.

Thats already settled. Send him. Thanks to this report. I ddnt know that hes that broke enough that werent able to wait atleast til i came online again. Just so u guys know was suffering from a very bad migraine yesterday and i infact came online in less than hour ago. Hope this answer to the question y $20 wasnt sent yesterday.
