The support chat never told me about returning, if I do have to send it back and it is free i will probably box, if I have to pay I may not, I'm pretty sure they can't bill me if I used a different name. I hope i'm in the clear.

It did say in the transcript the monitor is a returnable part, so I guess they will want the broken one returned mate but yes if its not your real name your in the clear anyway, I heard they only bill for omen monitors but even still you could say they was unclear on the live chat and you disposed of it after you found out that you was getting a replacement sent to you.
