Honestly I respect you for posting this method but making it sound like it works is just waisting peoples time. No one has been able to do Fitbit orders. It's not as simple as filling it out!

I cant confirm if it works and never did 

i stated its paid as most "pdf/ebooks" was or were paid. 

 

it wasnt my intention to waste the time of the users 

 

yes fitbit changed but i would say people still do them. 

and its not my fault if people dont make orders / offer services .

Yeah fair enough. It's just that you really need a method to even order Fitbit but you can sell the forms for money
