Right, so basically I paid for a Nova rank upgrade from @Sorano using PayPal and he bought the Nova Gift but accidentally used it on himself, (I paid for Aqua+Nova rank.), now I don't have the rank and was wondering if a staff member is able to revert this change or if Sorano will have to pay again?
