I was wondering, to verify a VCC on PP, the address should be the same or doesn't matter?

Depends on the supplier of the VCC tbh, most of the times when using Neteller i just wrote random address

It's different country (Europe though), no clue how all of this exactly works, it all goes around anti-fraud system :|

Can you guys help me out im using, yandex money's vcc and im unable to connect em to paypals they just say your payment has been denied..
