First off, you need to chill. Secondly, here it is right is right off their website: https://imgur.com/a/34SsptO . You said you bought the best buy gift card with an amazon gift card which in the restrictions clearly says it is not possible.

I thought the same but after you try to buy a amazon giftcard with your own giftcard balance. You will get a error and you will see you can buy all giftcards except visa prepaid and amazon giftcard
