You will be asked to change your region to Argentina or Russia, it's not worth it + OP is asking for bigger price.
For example he offered me Rust for 3.65$ if I use VPN and change region (which is against steam TOS) while the game for that region in steam was 2.29$
As every "cheap steam games seller" you will be asked to use vpn and change region, if you do that, you can aswell go and find the game for much cheaper from some site.
Also keep in mind your account might get disabled by steam.

well first of all waisting my time just to trash my sales , i want to make profit it not charity , still the price is cheaper than you'll ever get and with me the account is 100% safe and guaranteed,no wonder you have such a low reputation sales trasher !

No it's not cheaper lmao. Literally any big site sells RU/Argentina keys and gifts for cheaper than you. If one is going to change his steam region and use vpn (both against steam TOS), they can as well find the game for the cheapest price.
No value in your service here, literally ripping people off
