Does my location matter?
No. You can use getsms.me from anywhere you have an internet access. It's fast, accessible, and easy to use.
Are the numbers mine to keep?
No. The phone numbers are temporary and disposable. They are deleted from our system once it's been used.

Can I verify more than one site/service with one number?
No. Each number that is given to you will only work for the particular service that you select it for. If you use it for another service, you will not obtain the SMS Authorization Code.
Why isn't your system receiving the SMS?
If you are on an IP address that has been blacklisted by web services, even if you request for the SMS, sometimes they won't send it. Google especially is notorious for this. Be aware of this if you are using a VPN that is sharing the IP with other users. That IP might have been blacklisted hence your inability to request an SMS. Make sure you use quality VPNs! I can assure you that our numbers are premium real sim card numbers.
What if the number isn't getting the SMS?
It's possible that number is bad! Sometimes a bad one gets through our fingers. No problem because you only get charged if you get an SMS Verification to the number. If you input the phone number given to you, and no text arrives, just try it a couple more times. When the time expires and no text arrives, our system automatically blacklists the number so it's no longer used in our system. When you request another number, it will give you a new number to receive.
