And in case you receive one, just tell them some dude already tried to scam you by sending stuff to your address
Pay the bill or go to jail. Honestly, I hate to be that guy, but it's your own fault... Anyone using their own address and/or name should accept the risk that comes with it

Out of curiosity, have you actually received the item and are now being billed? If the answer is yes (and you didn't use your own name) then you need to feed them a story of unexpected deliveries in your neighborhood / stolen information in your neighborhood.
