I'm a data collector myself and this service itself is the best for it's price, I was able to make few hundreds from a private target in a short amount of time after receiving a key. I tried the dumps for other common streaming stuff and everything turned out good, it definitely provides better quality than any combo seller around here for the same price. I was even able to find some small mail access dumps here and after having a little chat with OP he seems to know what he's doing when it comes to dumping data.

 

Keep in mind this is a service that is mainly doing dumps even though they provide databases from time to time but it should not be compared to other services that don't provide the same type of data. I'd say this would truly help out someone starting on a small budget and looking for high quality.
