For some unknown reason my start menu stopped working and i have tried count less google suggestions and nothing works. Any more suggestions?

What exactly is the problem?
Start Menu and Action Center just refuses to open
reboot pc? pretty sure cortana has to do something with this.
Already tried that one
task manager > kill explorer.exe > start explorer.exe
This was the first thing i tried still didnt fix it

Start Menu and Action Center just refuses to open
Try it, it's from Microsoft support.More methods you should use:
Windows Key + X - Command Prompt (Admin)
SFC /scannow
Note if that shows uncorrected errors - continue regardless.
When that completes run these:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Note if that shows any uncorrected errors - continue regardless.
Then restart the computer.
