Thanks for the share, although what is the first command for? I did open it and it showed me a list, is that supposed to determine if I had been ratted or something? I am not sure about this kind of stuff.

If you use the same command but use /? it'll give you a description of the commands (and what they do) after the "-" but a quick break down of it, it will display all open connections and from what program for example chrome will have a few open.
