Im using windows "remote desktop connection" it's really not smooth, is there any way to make it atleast somewhat usable?

The windows version is the best I'm pretty sure. I also dont think there's softwares for connecting to RDP's since Windows has one built in...
I think your issue may be your internet connection and speeds? Try doing a speed test.
