Setting up a Nulled IPS Community suite

Hello, I've been trying to set up a nulled version of ips community suite and ive downloaded quite a few different versions from different websites, but every time I've gotten the same error,

So far, nothing on google has told me how to fix it and all the videos on installing IPS don't even get this error, what am I doing wrong? 

 

EDIT! : On further inspection it seems like when you click install you're redirected to //admin/install/, just navigate manually to /admin/install (one slash only) and it should fix

First make sure you're running the latest version (4.4)
