https://www.w3schools.com should be a good one. They have very complete references for HTML and CSS as well.

There are a lot of free courses on YouTube which you can follow, here are some videos I recommend:

Traversy Media - Crash Course For Absolute Beginners: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UB1O30fR-EE

freeCodeCamp - Full HTML Course: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQN-pnXPaVg

DesignCourse - The 2019 Front-end Developer Crash Course: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQN-pnXPaVg

Kevin Powel - HTML & CSS for beginners: https://www.youtube....uZRvsM7LkIhsPT-

Obviously, I don't know how proficient you are in HTML/CSS. But if you get the hang of it, you can continue following HTML/CSS tutorials, here are 2 playlists of Kevin Powel (you should also watch his other tutorials):

Kevin Powel:

- HTML & CSS Core Concepts: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c0kfcP_nD9E&list=PL4-IK0AVhVjP27yZLwW-gkPggRps0CCnP

- Build a website with Bootstrap 4: https://www.youtube....h8UCIU10TPlVB4J

You should also check Dev Ed's video's, he's very clear in explaining what he's exactly doing and why he does it like that, here is a playlist of his CSS tutorials:

Dev Ed - CSS Tutorials: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IxRJ8vplzAo&list=PLDyQo7g0_nsUjf046cCHKJ16U1SoXrElZ

I wish you the best of luck mate!
