Screenshots of conversation: This convo was done through his discord server. When I pressed him to refund me after 3 weeks with no updates, he ban me therefore I don't have any screenshots what so ever. 

 

Amount scammed: $80 USD

 

Additional Information: I bought a service from him no so long ago. 3 weeks+ approximately from his server. Well, he closed the service soon after but said he will finish off remaining tickets. He gave me updates here and there but none of it actually stated he had started and had progress on the SE after during the 3 weeks. Today, I told him if he wasn't going to be able to finish the SE by next week, refund me or I will charge back. He has not responded but instead ban me from his server. However he did see my message. I am charging back now. I have no messages as I wouldn't think he would ban me for just simply stating the obvious. Most people, not just me, have been complaining about how he has not delivered after ANY products for a month +. Hopefully you can ban this scum.

Why would you take paypal from people and then say that nonsense? You accepted his payment, he hasn't chargedback and waited for your response, and when he claims to be willing to chargeback if you don't reply or provide an update you say he's threatening you? Absolutely idiotic chain of thought.

If you don't reply to my ticket on the discord server or here, I will chargeback using my CC provider = automatic win" I wanted a response since I seen you active for the longest time and didn't reply. All I asked was for a refund. I did threaten you you are right. But I threaten you if you didn't respond to me. You could of been oh sorry, I am on a easter vacation. Not ban me from your server. 

I just cahrged back because you ban me. 

No explaination after I asked you politely on ur server and in dms.

So instead of responding to your customer that PAID you already that you will be on holiday, unavailable or just logging in not so frequently, you decided to ban him and keep his money because he got tired of waiting and not getting proof his service was even started.
