Guy got scammed for 500$ by serial scammer, he had like 4 account in 2019, all banned, combined scams for over 1k$. Same scheme each time

You could force a rule where combo sellers after creating a topic has to give a sample to staff member, otherwise topic is autolocked. I could help if needed, since got enough data to use my own, but I think its something that @Miro can even handle alone, theres like 5 topics per day max in combolist section.  BHF works that way with similar amount of market activity, and it separate biggest scamheads. Its rarely 500 bucks scam, but this happens daily with lowballs. 

I know there a vouch system, but its not enough and everyone knows that 1 per 100 vouches means something, most people have no idea how to test properly a tool, and with combos its a bit time taking. I would even propose for verificated sellers adding in combos a fingerprints lines (unique for each file) to later scan and detect potential resellers, for example any admin can scan a file and catch any leakers easy. It would be easy to implement in some php with little DB, but some would say its too much.

I talk about combos only here, not all products since it would be obviously problematic in some cases, or in some impossible. For combos its obviously easy with a little bit of effort.
