Title, it gets annoying to go into the support sub and see a question that has already been answered before. Obviously wouldn't be penalized too harshly, maybe like one warning point a time or something, it would also help the staff organize between answered and unanswered much easier.

Or just make it so the user who posted the help thread can close the thread..
