Yeah, you are right. Especially for a lazy person, supplements are a way out when losing weight. As far as I know, they stimulate energy and power and you can work out twice as you could before using them. My sister started using them after reading this https://www.ceasar-b...arms-for-women/ when she just started her diet. She really did lose weight and made a fit body for a not so long period of time. So, I can assure you (from my sister's experience) that steroids, especially SARMs really help you lose weight and grow muscles at the same time.

Diet is 75 %, I learned this the hard way. No matter how much cardio or weight lifting I was doing, if I ate like a pig it made no difference. You're talking about motivation but I truly think it's more about self-discipline. You just gotta visualize yourself there, in that body, and don't let anything stand in your way. One snack will just make you feel good for the moment, but what about your long-term goals?? Think about it like this AND GET UP, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Anyway I get it it's hard, so I'm not like a weight guru hahah. Have you thought about supplements tho? I started taking small doses, like proven peptides review, really small. They helped me suppress my hunger and gave me lots of energy!! Not to mention the impact it had on my muscles. My butt is bigger and rounder know lol and if this doesn't motivate you idk what will haha.

Best way, in my opinion to motivate, is to imagine the results in your mind. Truly picture them.
Also diet is even more important than exercising with respect to weight loss and muscle gain. The specific diet you choose is irrelevant for weight loss, there is good data to support that. Your only goal is for calorie deficit, and of course eating healthy shit and getting good vitamins/minerals. But keto vs low carb vs whatever the new hyped up diet is nowadays is totally irrelevant.
