I don't quite understand, you are saying the pixel he sent was simlocked? Are you sure that's actually true?

This buyer bought a Pixel 2 XL from me, He paid me half in btc and half in Paypal so i just told him that MM doesnt accept Paypal and if he wants to use MM, He will have to get btc. But he proceeded with Paypal and half btc.

 

Regarding the phone, I gave him reship account, He paid for shipping with his own paypal and eventually reship delivered the phone.

He sold the phone to the buyer, and after like 10 days , He comes by saying that he got a phone that was sim locked, and it is not even turning on? I have RMA proof that it is a unlocked phone plus same account had 1 more phone which was sold aswell but never got any problem.

 

I simply told him that buyer swapped a non working device with a working one and its not my fault because this is impossible that over 1000s of Pixels that i might have done, He got a locked one and i asked him for IMEI proof, He says Sim tray doesnt have IMEI( Everyone knows Google puts IMEI on sim tray) and phone isnt turning on so he cant give me IMEI from phone? Are you serious? He has no proof its the same phone.

 

Also the phone he shipped from reship was direct from Google and i have sold phones to many buyers here and no one ever got a locked phone.

 

Please solve this for me.

 

PS - Everyone knows i never had a problem with MM unless the buyer wants to pay via Paypal which MM doesnt accept

I actually have MM'ed for Nic before and I know his phones are not simlocked. 

You were probably tricked by the buyer, who changed the phone for a different, malfunctioning one. 
Otherwise, please send a picture of the phones simtray.

Google does not lock phones that were SE'd simply because they were SE'd, and it was not carrier locked so carrier didn't lock the sim. 

The only thing I can think of is he bought the phone from you, opened it up, took out some parts from it, and then replaced his phones parts with that pixels's. 

That would explain the phone not tuning on, and the sim tray not having the imei written on it. 

 

I understand you feel scammed, but I believe that in this case you were scammed by your buyer and not by Nic. 

 

Why did you refund your buyer 10 days after the purchase without even testing the phone and checking if it was opened?
I'll allow you to respond, but I dont believe nic has scammed you in this case.

Yes. I never did carrier unlocked devices. I dont even have IMEI's for that. All were factory unlocked phone and i never got this problem before.

 

He is saying that the phone looks like same, Ofcourse buyer will swap the device with same looking device and the thing he is saying is, Sim tray doesnt have IMEI on it and only the address( There is no chance Google doesnt print the IMEI on Sim tray), and that device is also not turning on( blacked) as per him, So he didnt gave me any actual proof that its the same phone( Obv. because buyer didnt want him to know its a different device), And device was direct from Google to reship to you, So i dont have interference in between of this process.

 

I even offered him good discount for our future deals even though i have no fault in this issue, Tried to explain how Google works but he is not understanding. Google doesnt lock phones and its been a year now that i know about it.

 

Please get it solved asap because it shows on my profile even though there is no mistake from my side.

I refunded him a day after he bought and he returned it not 10 days also the Sim tray pictures are in the condo he was acting really suspicious from the start which could lead to this and why would he buy another phone from me right after I refund the buyer and the some tray can contain Google's address saw multiple Reddit posts and screenshottee it to him and lastly I EXPLAINED to him alot of times about the blacked screen which I meant that it was black with a message not that it's not turning on not having the right words cause English is not my main language
Also google locking devices could happen anytime to be honest since google suspected of devices getting stolen from them
