But now, Im really curious that you really test it, confirm it working recently. To solve this, you have 2 options. Full refund or find a VCC that work with adobe, and we will see what happen after 1 week, this scam report wont close untill you prove @BoomCat was wrong.

Thanks for your help. So I did try that site. Sadly, with PP Payment, they said my PP not trusted enough, and refund me when the order complete. And about Bitcoin payment, they only accept paid via Bitpay (Need real US info to register)
I bought 2 more VCC from a user. 1 is Amex and 1 is Visa. With Amex, I got the same error (incorrect billing info). And with Visa, they canceled my order after a few hours. I really dont know how to end this, and how much I will be lost for VCC. Adobe said they are not accepting VCC for payment, so it will be hard to find a good one.
You don't need real info for Bitpay.... You need real info to get a card, BitPay is just a protocol and there's a cryptocurrency payment option on e24..... it seems like you're just looking to fuck this guy lol
