I have been talking to him over discord and I have responded every single time. I provided my service as advertised and never said it was working globally. However it may work globally I did not provide the VCC sources. On that topic I did write this a while ago and all of the sources were valid as of then. I have tried to help the user get the method to work but I cannot help someone who does not use sources I am familiar with.

  your sources almost are useless. Did you really check all of them before writing the method? And I'm not the UK or US citizen, how can I use the work one?

The list of sites he gave were useful 1 year ago, but since wavecrest ceased all contracts most companies dont offer VCC anymore. Can you please be more specific to him as to which sites are usable right now without providing all that information such as ID, selfie, etcetera.

Well if a site is necessary he has discovered EzzoCards but it does not seem to work. So I recommend you look around for a VCC provider. I have a few contacts I can give but I am not sure their VCCs will work. I am in the process of talking to someone that may be able to help.

He does not need to test it, I have given a vouch and the vouch says it works. However he can use the method by simply googling and searching on forums for "VCC Providers" I will get some contacts and pm me for them.
