C# isn't garbage but instead it have a garbage collector for trashes like you, change my mind <_<

More or less depends on what you intend to use it for, in some cases using c# could be a much smarter choice than C++ or Python.

 

Mocking up GUI's and basic functionality, maybe you need a tool written quickly without having to worry too much about memory allocation and all that comes with C
