I have a lifetime VIP account with 2FA. Unfortunately, I lost my phone. Now i can't access the code and can't login to my account anymore. Is there any way to remove 2FA in my account ? My account name is deoxys1994. Thanks.

You have VIP account and this, which is 3 years registered? Isn't that multiaccounting?

This is my brother account. He created it 3 years ago but he didn't use. I only use this account to create new thread for recovering my account.
