I don't really know if this is the right place to be posting this or even if there is a right place to post this as I am new to the site as I only registered today,

 

is there any way of changing my name to just "rice" instead of "riice" the reason I'm asking this here is that the name "rice" is already taken but the account has been inactive since March 2015.

Aqua allows you to rename to banned members, and the profile @Rice isn't banned. If he wants the name rice, he would have to contact a staff member, and buy at least VIP first, no need for Aqua, you get nothing extra in terms of changing your name to @Rice.
