So I was buying a new RDP and I already have one of it .

I clearly mentioned don't delete the RDP and at that time the RDP was working but screenshots are in front of you , read their reasoning .

He was first using English as I don't know what kind of weapon and then when it backfired , he started assuming things .

 

Not going to explain the screenshot as they are out in open and everyone can read what they have written 

 

About the amount , I was ready to exclude certain sites hits but now I am not , the RDP has Netflix , Spotify family owner for Google home mini , fitbit , porn , VPN , twitch (good ones with 50k+ views and 500+ followers ) , CBS and many many more .

 

And as for private sites hits , they are the most important things I lost . I will DM the site only to @Lucas so that the sites don't get raped but the hits for them I have for more than 1k$+.

 

And then they forced closed the ticket when I said don't close it , I am taking all the screenshot for Scam report .

Hello, I just advertise, I have no other affiliation with the company. We offered you an extra month, and you rejected it. Your English was not proper and you did not explain it properly. We offered you two free servers for a month, and you didn't even accept that. I do not know what else you want. Your report makes 0 sense, as there's no goal to it. Your server has already been replace and you got an extra month for the inconvenience. The servers retail for over $2k a month. We closed the ticket because we were tired of arguing to you as you wouldn't accept our solution.

That being said, he was clear about not wanting the old RDP deleted, the lack of quick responses from the support he spoke with made it quite hard to get quality support and therefore they did what they wanted with no confirmation from the customer. You have to either reinstate his RDP or arrange a sum as a reimbursement.

That being said, he was clear about not wanting the old RDP deleted, the lack of quick responses from the support he spoke with made it quite hard to get quality support and therefore they did what they wanted with no confirmation from the customer. It was re-created with 3 months till the renewal and we're working on trying to come up with a solution on adding on another server to make up for the inconvenience. Just like how his combos are "worth" over $1000, our servers are "worth" over $2k+ a month from AWS. (FYI)

makes no sense . Why do u guys even sell those rdps. If you cant maintain them. This could happen to anyone.  and they will open a scam report like this eventually.

We can maintain them just fine. The user should have been more clear on what he wanted, but we will take the blame.

Also, regarding those "websites" you have. If you really bought them and they are worth a lot, I would think you'd have links to download those.

We stated what we were going to do here and you clearly agreed to it as seen in the picture. That was your chance to tell us that's not what you wanted, or else none of this would have happened. When we scrolled up, that is what our support agent saw.

No Sir , nothing so far , they asked me to make a ticket in their server and i have just made one
