I can sell these locally for $$ and send the 50% in btc, I have a drop in USA.
For first couple of deals I can pay 50% of the price to MM until we get to know each other.

Taxes and fees get footed to the person doing the actual selling on eBay typically; in addition to any customer issues. The supplier (OP) has little to no risk or obligations aside from supplying the laptops.

personally I think 50/50 is fair if you're using a hacked paypal/ebay account to process the funds through, otherwise it's a little steep for someone legit with a legit ebay/paypal account tied to their bank as they take all the risks and the supplier just sits back and makes phone calls all day to se the products. the person with the ebay/paypal account takes a risk at buyers who want refunds 30 days from when items sell.
