Additional Information: So we agreed on me sending 1 key to test and after that he will buy the remaining 4 keys. So i sent and i told him to install office 2019 and during the installation, enter the key provided and it will work. Instead he go online and tries to activate it and fails. And he refuses to install office 2019 and test. I thought he is upgraded and trusted. oh well...

@Lucas i just sold to another person and initially there was some problem but in the end it was activated successfully.
