Why did you send him the link when it was on received? Only send your customers the links when they can click on them. It's retarded to send your customer a link and tell him not to click on it, so that when they do a few hours later you can blame them. 

 

Send him a processed link so we can get this over with.

No its not retarted that i did send him the link, look at he's post under my thread the kid was crying that it was always taking too long before i did send the cart links.

That's not good enough reason to send him the link when there's no certainty it will go through. It's like you wanted him to click on it to check to blame him afterwards.

So what was he supposed to do? Regardless of what he did, if it was cancelled you would have said he clicked on it, and if it had processed after he clicked on it you wouldn't have known. Instead of sending him a link that is not processed yet, you could have told him you would send him the processed link when you had it. Problem solved.

No, he did know he had to wait till its processed, i did like 10 orders before for him before that shit happened, and the only time i did send him the link instant it got cancelled. If he would have been more patient there was no fcking problem/ Normally i send the link when its processed but with this guy not because he was crying as a 9 year old kid.
