I've ordered "Master Reseller Hosting" on their website, but since im hosting there i only got Problems.
They're promising 99.99% Uptime, the real uptime is like 20%, just check this:

They're also promising that the website's loading fast, ive tested today a static page (just some html) and i loads multiple seconds, feels like im loading multiple mbs website but its just 50kb or something around that.

 

At least biggest Problem:
I cannot send any emails to my customers! Everytime an email is send from my webspace, im getting an email back that the senders IP (vapehost.cc's server IP) is blacklisted. If you check their IPs on some blacklists, its all the same: IP Blacklisted due to spam, IP Blacklisted due to spam, .... , .... .

 

I never, really never got such a bad hosting experience. Not a single day where i can access my website with their promised 99% uprate or fast loading times.

I want my money back.

We actually, do have a 99% ratio of uptime, but lately (past 6 days) we aren't due to internal issues and maintenance that we stated in our announcements, email problems are being fixed, our hostname is blacklisted by spamhaus simply because we had a past incident with a customer using it for its own bad intentions, we just need to contact them and the report will get taken down, like every company does, it's shared hosting, all reconnects to one hostname per server, if a customer abuse of our emails, our server and so, main hostname of it, gets reported, we are also checking for internal issues such as signatures.
Regards the uptime, we always care about it and constantly move to better servers with better protections, so it's an internal issue, we stated it, we are having maintenance, this means we are handling the server in ways that can take it down, and we said, expect downtime.
The downtime should end as soon as the maintenance is done, which can take from other 2 to 3 days.
Since our last migration maintenances are rare except for the "cPanel update maintenances", which are literally us upgrading our software and the downtime is of literally seconds.

You shoudnt sell while such things without any mention that probably nothing will work correctly.

It's true, you can do research about downtimes, we receive them but they get fixed soon, except for 2 certain downtimes that were caused by:

An internal issue, CPU overload, unknown reason, downtime stated in chat and it took days to get fixed, this downtime was reported at beginning 2019, but it got resolved.

6 & 9 March to current day, we are doing internal maintenance, there was another internal issue, that got fixed, but we needed to do disk maintenance, and downtime was expected, so we announced it, and we stated at which hour the maintenance would've started.
And again, various attacks are hitting us right now, with pics of 624mbit/s, and unknown issues in our server that are being investigated.

Yes, we are suffering of downtime, but most of the times singular users that announce downtime are either in countries where DNS propagation is slow, so their site is taking a while to get propagated, or they simply didn't setup it correctly.
Our main downtimes that were actually for everyone, were two, and considering the fact that we are, again, moving servers soon for better performances, I can freely offer you a full refund if wanted, the point is, I'm not fighting to avoid refunds, I simply want to prove you that we actually are trusted and reliable, we simply are experiencing issues at the moment and a downtime as occured.

@BobsDaddy @Vaping Have you tried resolving the issue?


As you can see yes, but since the first day im using this service nothing worked properly. I'll give him time untill next Monday (if its ok) to resolve his servers problems, updates, ddos attacks and idk what else. Otherwise i would like to get the money back.
