Scam report against | /user/1682569-eliteemper0r | $20

So this guy owns a company named ScriptedHost and Server642. I bought a RDP off the company ScriptedHost then a week later they stopped selling RDP's and switched to another company called Server642. I went to that discord and made a ticket only to be banned by the admin telling me he has no affiliation with scriptedhost.
I think this is just a way of trying to keep the money after maybe losing the servers they can't provide.

I'd like to just get my $20 back to avoid future hassles. I will spend my money elsewhere.

if you can see the screenshots above, you'll see I have already PM'd him multiple times. 
also why are posting a thread design advertising ScammingHost if its not yours?
EDIT: tried sending another msg and he has me blocked now

well I had him added before, but he has me blocked now for asking for my refund.
@Lucas he banned me from both of the discord servers now, i don't think I'm getting my $20 back
