Need some inspiration right now. Semester started but still end up sitting at home often more than I should staring at screen.

My wife deal with some bad depression every know and then. I can't recall any specify route to deal with it every single instance but I can tell talking to her, breaking her daily routine are one of the things that have worked for her the most. Go out, talk to people. Trying to learn something new. Not much of a social person? Go to youtube, watch random videos, who know, you might find some content that you might like or get introduced to. Bottom line, try doing something different from what you have been doing the last week or so.

Ritalin. Put a pill under your tongue until it dissolves completely, and all the bad thoughts evaporate.

I don't have access to drugs you all mention unfortunately.

@PopIn4k - Thanks for sharing this. Breaking the routine seems to be the way. Thanks.

Got to say exercise. Get outside and if thats not possible then body weight exercises or yoga indoors.

Another method is learning a new skill or hobby to keep you focused on something else.
