It's quite odd that other people have to respond in 24 hours when it comes to these kinds of reports on their services, but when we have to buy upgrades, it takes days to respond.
This should be worked on, I know sometimes the owner is busy, but maybe work something out, like having all admins being able to upgrade users and be able to see transactions in some way.
Since users are paying, the maximum time it should take should be like 48 hours. Not ten days.

Yes Imagine you own a forum with 2 million users. Since it's not fully automatic yet, it needs more time. Just be patient, you will get what you paid for.
The credit system is new. Next time upgrade using BTC and you will get your upgrade within few hours.

same here waiting since ~24 hours since last response , payed with amazon card .... i hope he upgrades me until tomorrow or i will use the amazon code for myself
