Does there is a risk of infecting my PC or even getting ratted even after opening the program in Sandboxie.

as it seems you might still get ratted but sandboxie is safer 
, use vpn too.

nah if you open program in sandboxie you wont get ratted , use vpn too.

I'm just concerned coz nothing is impossible. There's always someone who can do something people deem impossible.
Anyhow, the OP suggested above there isn't any risk if the program is opened in Sandboxie.

Yep obviously you do, but chances are extremely low.
Winrar code execution exploit was found recently and it allows people to extract files anywhere on your pc.

I was hoping to download one program developed by a user "Developer" who is banned.
