Additional Information: his excuse is that he needs some info to reset the keys. i had purchased so many keys from him as you see, supposed 1 key to be in working condition, but NO KEY WAS IN WORKING CONDITION. Also, he says at his thread that he is selling ready to use legal keys, and if not working will provide a refund.im asking him to refund me the keys ( as these keys don't work and I need READY to work  LEGAL keys )... He can take the keys back and sell them to someone else if he wants to..I never agreed that i will buy keys that need reset or further action.Also, i have bought the windows 10 pro keys (x5) from his selly and all the keys were banned(NOT WORKING)

This is my response, first he asked refund for a few keys now after few days of purchase of the old keys too. He is asking refund for all. And I can't help a guy who doesn't want to be helped. This is my conversations with him. Im providing full length conversations as I want you to see he is refusing me help. I even said in my original sales thread if there is any issues, you should be contacting me first. And please tell me how I help a guy who doesn't want to be helped? Im not going to give him a refund unless you tell me is it fair for a seller to provide support and get immediately rejected? He is not taking my help and I am not going to refund a guy that is not going to take my help. Below i have attached the screenshots. 

 

And he does sound fishy, i can provide logical points on why i think so.
1) Look at the timeline of the messages, it is after few days he bought. Not instantly.
2) First he asked refund for a few keys, now he is asking refund for all keys that he bought.
3) He is refusing support and kept demanding refund.
4) Me as a seller did my part in offering him help and he refused, we didn't even manage to find out what is the problem.

As a seller, put yourself in my shoes. I'm offering this cunt help and he is refusing it. He keeps ranting and sales thrashing but refusing to freaking follow simple instructions. So tell me Lucas, should I provide him a fucking refund?

Also, another thing, i am not willing provide a refund due to the reasons i have stated. Yes in this case refund is not an option. And if other people have issues with my keys are welcome to back him up in this. I can bet you, you can't find another guy that complaints like this kid does. It is not my fault he refuses help, and he refused help multiple times.

i only checked 1 key and can confirm that he has used the key, here is the proof. When the mak count drops to negative it means it has been used.

PS : I used microsoft PID checker. 

And it clearly shows what type of key i sell. Every word i said is true. Now i want to see what he would say.

I have paid for working keys mate... I m not obligated to follow something more than the normal procedure. Also, You don't even have a TOS that i should be obligated with..

1) your are crying about the timeline. you are probably max 15 years old. Some guys are working and have a real life. After checking keys twice each and i saw that no key worked i have contacted u.

2)first i asked for a refund for few keys because i  wanted to take a low volume refund ( as the last 5 windows keys never worked , that i bought from your selly link )  

3)You answer max every 3 hours, i wanted working keys, your thread says about ready to install keys not old stucked in the network keys (thats your excuses)

4) your part as a seller is to provide exactly what your thread says. And you fail. You have comments on your thread for no working keys and all the guys there are obligated for no reason to wait hours or days for you to reset the keys.

5)my opinion? remake your thread and start telling the truth. All your keys are stacked and need a reset. PEOPLE should know that,  BEFORE buying from you. Because if they need these keys fast they are facked up ( like me )

3) You're repeating the same thing but still denying that YOU YOURSELF REJECTED SUPPORT FROM ME.
4) I provided exactly what my thread said, people listened, ACCEPTED SUPPORT FROM ME AND THEY DON'T HAVE COMPLAINTS ABOUT IT. WONDER WHY?

5) I already showed proof for one of the key you bought (and i can run thru every key thru PID checker) it clearly says whatever i said i provide. It is retail keys. And what the fuck are stacked keys? Can you proof any one of your statement?
6) The screenshot you sent, the page does not exist.

7) You sound like a scammer dude, or a mentally retarded kid. As a seller I provide support/solution/proof and you're denying it and refusing it. I won't be providing a refund as the keys are already used.

He has provided proof the keys are valid and used, meaning the key has been used. You claim the key is invalid (banned) which would imply the key was not valid or usable to begin with. You are certainly making no sense here and it looks like you are just complaining to get a refund without any valid proof. People are required to contact sellers within 24 hours of their purchase if they are going to complain about products not working when bought. We have no way to tell if you are legitimately complaining or just making this up.

HE SELLS KEYS THAT HAVE BEEN USED ON MAXIMUM DEVICES AND THEN he NEEDS PROOFS FOR CONTACTING MICROSOFT AND RESETTING THEM. THATS THE KIND OF THE KEYS THAT HE SELLS.....I DONT LIKE KEYS LIKE THAT.
